**Position: Youth Football Coach**
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and organize practices to develop players' skills and teamwork abilities.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate training drills and strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive team environment that promotes sportsmanship and character development.
- Attend and actively participate in games, tournaments, and league events.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
**Requirements:**
- Previous coaching experience preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, rules, and strategies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
